Henderson, Kelsheimer Named Second Team CSCAA Individual Scholar All-Americans

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall University’s swimming and diving program has garnered attention as two of its student-athletes, Lauren Henderson and Grace Kelsheimer, received the prestigious honor of being named Second Team CSCAA Individual Scholar All-Americans.

Their exceptional accomplishments in both academics and athletics have drawn praise from head coach Ian Walsh, who acknowledged their hard work, saying, “We are proud to see Lauren and Grace’s dedication recognized through their Second Team Scholar All-American award. Their unwavering commitment in the classroom and the pool this past season has been commendable.”

Earning the Second Team recognition requires maintaining an impressive 3.5 GPA while also showcasing exceptional performances in swimming and diving. Both Henderson and Kelsheimer met the challenging “B” time standard for the national championship or excelled in a diving zone qualification meet.
